Develop program Change Strategy, Change Impact Assessment, Change Network, Change Roadmap for a complex enterprise change. Embed change management principles and activities in a strategic enterprise program Design a clear compelling case for change Build and develop stakeholder relationships at multiple levels Identify and develop stakeholder communications by working closely with business owners, product owners, and development team members Plan and lead workshops to identify business detailed impacts and develop plans for mitigation through communication, training or stakeholder engagement activities Support training efforts by reviewing and helping to manage the facilitation of training programs Partner with project planning for integration of change management activities into the overall project plan Drive leadership engagement and alignment activities Seek feedback to capture and incorporate lessons learned Your
Qualifications:

years' experience in change management and operations/communications roles Experience working on at least one re-organization or merger project preferred, not required Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience or certification Project Management Certification or relevant project experience in change management Experience with designing and executing full scale change management and communications plans Experience facilitating and guiding working teams Demonstrated ability to work independently and with others. Strong oral and written communication skills. Impeccable integrity. We are team-first at Celerity A positive attitude.
