ASE/Common Avionics Senior Program Analyst

Provide expert-level direct support to HQMC Aviation Staff regarding all ASE and Avionics related capabilities, requirements, and resourcing throughout the acquisition life cycle.
Essential Job Functions:
Support active-duty staff with direct liaison to NAVAIR, other SYSCOMs, Program Executive Offices, functional Program Offices, Competencies and Joint Services as required.
Operate with efficiencies across the Defense Acquisition System; specifically, the Acquisition Process (Management), the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (Requirements), and the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (Funding) systems/processes.
Provide Future Year Defense Program and Program of Memorandum input for service consideration as required.
Develop a myriad of programmatic/functional area support products, to include but not limited to:
information/decision papers, operational/relevancy impacts, recommendations/risks, briefs/presentations for routing to the most senior (GO/FO) leaders of the DoD.
Facilitate collaboration with both government and industry partners for technologies that best suit the most efficient cost, schedule, and performance requirements.

Citizenship is required.
A High School Diploma plus 20 years of experience, an Associate's plus 14 years or a Bachelor's Degree plus 12 years of experience is required.
Active Top Secret w/ SCI eligibility required.
Defense Acquisition University (DAU) certified (Level II PM).
Requirements Manager Designation (MOS 8640) and/or Acquisition Specialist Designation (MOS 8060).

years of Department of Navy experience.
Acquisition, requirements and/or resource sponsor experience within the past 5 years.
HQMC and/or OPNAV Staff billet preferably within the Pentagon.
Ability to support a hybrid work schedule and location, to include required, authorized government travel as appropriate.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
