Description: - Provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support to the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Nuclear Technologies Department, Nuclear Survivability Division as a subject matter expert in Nuclear Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) Survivability, R&D an Qualifications: Position requires a graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Nuclear Engineering, or other relevant scientific/engineering field. Position requires five or more years of experience, with recent nuclear survivability experience. - The ideal candidate will clearly demonstrate the ability to work either independently or as part of a team; will demonstrate a proven ability to develop relationships with other Government agencies, and will have experience authoring technical/non-technical documents and briefings. - Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. - Must be able to simultaneously manage several interrelated projects. - Must be proficient in common (Microsoft) office productivity software. - Must have at least a permanent SECRET clearance. Must have or be able to obtain TS/SCI. - Travel is required, 10%-15%. Desired Qualifications: - Level II or III Program Management Certification with relevant technical experience is desired. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
