Software Configuration Manager with Security Clearance

Job Number: R0037680 Software Configuration Manager Key Role: Protect the integrity of a project's delivered products, from code to technical documentation. Leverage modern configuration, application, and life cycle-management tools and processes to maintain version control for software code, packages, libraries, containers, virtual machines, releases and documents. Maintain responsibility of the project's configuration management plan, facilitate configuration control boards, and establish the configuration management library. Basic Qualifications: -2+ years of experience with software configuration management (CM) -Experience with establishing and maintaining baselines and change control and conducting configuration audits, status accounting, and reviews -Experience in generating or assisting with the development of CM plans, processes, and procedures -Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word -Experience with CM planning and execution -Experience with CM automated tools, including Jira and Confluence -Experience with software configuration management, source code management, software delivery metrics, software quality metrics, Git or Subversion, Version Control Systems (VCS), or Distributed Version Control Systems (DCVS) -Knowledge of the full software development life cycle -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree in IT related field Additional Qualifications: -Experience with Agile software development methodology -Ability to work independently and within a team environment with geographically dispersed team members -Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -Active Secret clearance, preferred Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
