Cloud System Engineer with Security Clearance

Job Number: R0030235 Cloud System Engineer Key Role: Manage the production environment of a Microsoft-stack based Web application's components and related servers in a Cloud-based environment, including Amazon Web Services. Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems. Assist interfacing with internal Web application subject matter experts on Web application and OS components, including IIS, SQL Server, Windows Server, and Domain. Perform various duties, including securing the operating system and application components, installing new software, troubleshooting user issues, working with end users and internal team of subject matter experts, and daily activities of the configuration or operation of IT systems. Use judgment within broadly defined policies and practices. Accomplish work without considerable direction. Exert significant latitude in determining objectives of an assignment. Basic Qualifications: -3+ years of experience with systems administration, including Windows, domains, networking, group policy, and PowerShell -Knowledge of Microsoft Web application technology, including IIS and SQL Server -Knowledge of DoD STIGs -Knowledge of Cloud hosting, including AWS, such as EC2, S3, and Security Groups -Active TS/SCI clearance -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with DoD IAVM program for patching -Experience with Intelligence Community (IC) C2S -Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) -Experience with DevOps, Containers, and Continuous Integration -MS degree -DoD 8570 IAT II Certification, including Security+, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
