Assessment and Authorization Project Manager, Senior with Security Clearance

Job Number: R0039508 Assessment and Authorization Project Manager, Senior Key Role: Apply advanced expertise in Cybersecurity and privacy analysis and consulting throughout the security assessment and compliance life cycle processes. Analyze the planning, development, and finalizing of Cybersecurity and privacy policies, programs, compliance artifacts, and standards to support government and industry security compliance, systems accreditation, and management. Analyze the development of the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes necessary to ensure systems meet security and privacy requirements. Assess the effectiveness of an organization's IT security and privacy training program, including conducting social engineering exercises to ensure training remains consistent with current Cybersecurity and privacy threats and policies and assisting with achieving full compliance with all laws and regulations. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior employees. Act as a leader on large programs and projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. Basic Qualifications: -12+ years of experience in the Cybersecurity field -8 years of experience with assessment and authorization (A&A) -5 years of experience with program management -3 years of experience with assessing and validating RMF, NIST, and CNSSI security controls -Ability to analyze A&A policies, procedures, and plans to establish the A&A process -Ability to help clients comprehend the authorization process and analyze A&A procedures, as necessary -Ability to provide security assessment reports that cover risks that the client should be aware of and mitigate risk with residual risks remaining -TS/SCI clearance -BA or BS degree -8570.01-M IAM Level 2 Certification, including CISSP, CISM, or CASP Additional Qualifications: -Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
