### Responsibilities
Performs a variety of purchasing assignments requiring knowledge of Army procurement regulations and industry practices to provide a wide variety of services and goods to activities serviced. Ensures all purchases support documents are complete prior to initiating an acquisition.
Prepares and monitors complete documentation, including modifications, for each transaction up to the point of signature by the contracting officer. Establishes and maintains records related to the procurement process.
Performs contract administration. Reviews/reconstructs procurement actions worked by other procurement staff. Coordinates action with services and supporting activities.

### Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Completion of the requirements for a bachelor's degree in a business-related field (i.e.: Business Administration). Transcripts must be included with the application for consideration. OR
2. Demonstrated experience in contracting, purchasing, supply, or logistics for a business entity (i.e., preparing/verifying purchase orders or requisitions; maintaining purchasing files, reports, and price lists; coordinating and tracking shipments; preparing shipping documents; reviewing orders for accuracy; preparing/reviewing documents related to contracts.
In addition to the above, highly qualified candidates will meet all of the following Highly Qualifying Criteria:
1. Experience as a Government Purchase Card (GPC) Cardholder or as a Billing Official.
Applicants meeting both the minimum qualifications and the highly qualifying criteria may be referred before applicants that only meet the minimum qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
